We’re looking for a Senior Developer with excellent programming and leadership skills, and experience of designing and delivering long-lifetime software products to customers.
Typically working in small flexible teams, you will design, code, test, deploy and maintain software solutions. You will be expected to ensure the consistency and quality of our products’ technical foundations to provide future flexibility to the business in a fast paced market.

With exposure to a wide range of technologies and customers, and opportunities for development into areas such as application architecture, deployment and hosting infrastructure, research and development, and client relationship and team management, this job represents an exciting and rewarding continuation of your career in professional programming.
We expect our senior developers to lead by example, valuing precision, inventiveness and pragmatism, and to have an established history of having already done so. You will have a natural talent for writing well-designed supporting frameworks, as well as end-user functionality.
Superb communication skills and written English are necessary, as well as an eagerness to share your ideas and learn from others.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- A degree in Computer Science or a related technical subject, or equivalent real-world experience.
- Experience designing applications.
Desirable Knowledge and Experience
- Experience in UX, databases, ETL, systems interoperability, infrastructure, data analysis/reporting, security, internationalisation.
