Jeff is responsible for client support in North America and has worked in the information science industry for 25 years as an editor, project manager, trainer, and client support specialist. He knows a little bit about a lot of things and a lot about one or two, including APIs and indexing/abstracting databases.

Outside the office, Jeff writes novels (eight in print; one in the pipeline), walks his dog Albert around the neighborhood, and contemplates cooking overly-complicated meals. He owns more tin robots and Legos than any adult man really should.
