Michael’s job is to do magical things with words, and sometimes pictures, to let the world know about what Symplectic does. Overseeing the company blog, website and various communications materials, he makes sure that all the updates, news, and achievements we have to shout about are visible to the right audience.
With a background in running the marketing and social media for one of Europe’s largest TEDx events, he enjoys making complicated things interesting and easy to understand. Having shared dinner with Nobel Prize winners, astronauts and WWF wrestlers, he intends to continue finding ways to schmooze with even more interesting characters in his free time.
Michael is new to London, having escaped the grim, icy tundra of Manchester, and plans on exploring the weirder side of the city. He also likes reading philosophy books and making electronic music.
His ambitions in life are to play the main stage at Glastonbury, and meet Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. (Probably not on the same day.)
